I organized a trip for a small group of 13 with Adelphia Tours.
Interaction with Francesco: available with quick feedback and clear answers.
However, I recommend greater empathy with the client's needs; some changes that he felt were impossible were possible by contacting Adelphia Tours directly in Istanbul.
The Italian-speaking guides were excellent: Utku in Istanbul, Akin in Cappadocia, and Aydn in Ephesus.
Regarding Cappadocia and Ephesus: I understand that visiting shops selling ceramics, carpets, and sweets is part of the program...if anyone is interested, but the prices are truly exorbitantly high!! They should consider that the tourists who arrive there aren't exactly naive and unwary.
A visit to the village of Sirince is truly unremarkable; it's just a succession of shops, obscuring a few interesting buildings.
Hotels: from decent to excellent, like Aya Kapadokya in Urgup, where the owners are extremely kind, the building is charming, restored and tastefully furnished, and the breakfast is excellent, and it's close to the village.
The Ilayda Avanguarde hotel in Kusadasi, on the seafront, is also excellent, with sea-view rooms!
Piya Sport Hotel in Istanbul has a good location, close to the Grand Bazaar and tram stops.
Anya Resort in Pamukkale is well-presented, but a bit dated.
All the hotels are friendly and helpful.
Enrica, who spoke Italian on-site, provided great assistance, given the complex trip involving three domestic flights, transfers, guided tours, etc.
Tip: Since Adelphia takes care of booking domestic flights, it would be easier and more convenient for the customer if they also offered online flight check-in. This should then be communicated via WhatsApp.
Nine people took the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia: they loved it, but the weather is crucial. Prices range from €240 to €150... I recommend negotiating!
Overall, it was a well-organized trip, with good services and a good value, considering that most of the very expensive entrance fees are included in the package.

The tour would have been beautiful and interesting, if it weren't for the lack of on-site assistance when needed. I had previously booked the hot air balloon ride, but by pure chance, upon inquiring about the scheduled date, I discovered it hadn't been booked. Fortunately, they contacted the agency that handled the activity, and coincidentally, there was still space, so I was able to depart, thanks only to my sheer diligence, which prevented me from being scammed. The major problem, however, was when I arrived at the airport in Cappadocia at 10:00 PM and there was no transfer waiting for me. I immediately called the local representative, but he never answered despite my five consecutive calls. So I tried contacting the representative in Italy, and after several reminders, the driver finally arrived at 11:00 PM, about an hour late. He apologized for the inconvenience and showed me the text message on his cell phone, which reported the incorrect transfer time. The representative had previously assured me that the driver was early and airport security had turned him away due to excessive delays. He later changed his story, claiming the driver had miscalculated the agreed-upon time. My hotel was about 75 km from the airport, so it took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there. I had a meeting with the driver for the hot air balloon ride at 4:00 AM, so I only got a couple of hours of sleep. For the record, the representative from Turkey didn't contact me until 6:00 AM the following day, demonstrating considerable carelessness and unprofessionalism.

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Turkey organized by Adelphia Tours. What can I say? Turkey is incredibly beautiful and captivating, thanks in part to the contrasts between the various regions we visited, all of which are beautiful. But Adelphia's organization was simply perfect. The guides were highly knowledgeable and pleasant to be around, the hotels were beautiful, and all the drivers who transferred us were incredibly punctual, always ahead of schedule. For the exciting hot air balloon ride, we were scheduled to meet at 4:20...
So, if you're thinking of hiring Adelphia for your vacation in Turkey, we can only say you'll be in excellent hands, including those of Enrica, our contact in Turkey, and Francesco, our representative in Italy. Everyone was excellent!

Our group of 14 stayed 4 days in Istanbul and 3 in Cappadocia. The hotels were chosen by us, and the agency's transfers were punctual and flexible. In Istanbul, we would perhaps have appreciated more specialized guides for the individual attractions. A special mention goes to Zafer in Cappadocia. He was wonderful: he conveyed his profound knowledge and love for this magical region with courtesy, kindness, and flexibility (it's not easy to manage a group of 14 people, including adults and teenagers). It was truly an enriching experience!

Adelphia Tours is a guarantee! Thanks for the wonderful vacation to Francesco, who helped us organize the pre-departure trip, and to Enrica, who was our point of reference while we were in Turkey.
We loved Istanbul and toured it with Yudum, our guide, who speaks fluent Italian and showed us every corner of the city. The only small flaw was our hotel, which was in a very convenient location but not particularly clean (Aybar Hotel Istanbul).
Cappadocia is wonderful, and thanks to Seda for accompanying us to discover fantastic places; the hot air balloon ride was unforgettable.
We stayed at the very lovely Canela Cave.
Finally, we can say we had a wonderful time; everything was perfect: from the Italian-speaking guides to all the transfers.

We must thank Mehmet and his colleagues for organising this unforgettable trip/experience👌. 100% Punctuality and perfect time keeping by the drivers and guides with vast knowledge and very good English. In particular our guide Atilim at Istanbul and Mehmet at Cappadocia have been excellent, very helpful and every small requirement were executed brilliantly. If anyone is planning to visit Turkey, We would strongly recommend Adelphia Tours for your consideration.

Mehmet is amazing and organized the entire trip understanding our needs and wants. Every small detail was taken care of. If you are visiting Turkey, Adelphia is one of the best tour operators to call if you want a worry free turkey vacation!

Excellent advice. Very friendly and the itinerary was perfectly planned and Mr. Mehmet was very friendly and experienced. All the tour guides are highly professional. The drivers are safe drivers. I highly recommend Mr Mehmet and the organisation. I did both Turkey and Greece.

Sebbene giovanissima, l'abbiamo trovata molto preparata; per non parlare, poi, dell'amore e della professionalità che ha messo nel proprio lavoro, qualità che oggigiorno sono diventate molto rare anche a causa della necessità (che purtroppo hanno in molti) di reinventarsi in ruoli che spesso non appagano completamente le proprie qualità personali.
Cem, anche lui molto preparato, ci ha fatto trascorrere due piacevolissimi giorni in Cappadocia, durante i quali abbiamo molto apprezzato il suo modo di riuscire a mettere al primo posto le nostre necessità senza prescindere dalle tappe del tour: entrambe le mattine prevedevano la sveglia alle 3:00 (sia per il volo interno che per il giro in mongolfiera), e Cem ha avuto estremo rispetto dei nostri momenti di stanchezza.
Grazie a Sevinc (spero di aver scritto il suo nome correttamente), che ci ha accompagnati a Hierapolis e a Pamukkale, abbiamo anche avuto l'impagabile opportunità di ripercorrere in maniera molto intelligente e attenta, usi, costumi, cultura e storia della Turchia. Purtroppo non ricordiamo il nome dell'altro vostro collega che ci ha accompagnati ad Efeso ma ci ha conquistati con la sua simpatia, con la sua vivacità personale e mentale, e con la sua preparazione. Conoscevano tutti veramente molto bene la lingua italiana e abbiamo anche ritenuto che avessero le qualità personali e il carattere giusto per rapportarsi efficacemente ad un gruppo variegato come il nostro.
Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la scelta degli hotel, sempre centralissimi, e dei ristoranti: siamo riusciti a mangiare sempre molto bene e comodamente. Particolarmente azzeccata, poi, l'idea di dotarsi di minivan con frigo e acqua sempre fresca.
La cerimonia dei monaci dervisci rotanti è stato uno dei momenti più intensi e commoventi del tour; mi ha fatto rivivere le scene di un libro che ho molto amato: "Monsieur Ibrahim e i fiori del Corano".
Nonostante la Turchia sia un paese con le proprie regole, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, grazie anche agli avvisi e ai consigli che abbiamo ricevuto dal vostro staff. Alcuni miei conoscenti mi hanno chiesto i vostri contatti, sarò felice di darglieli.
